Purchased this for my 3yr old son in combination with a 3 piece set of Automoblox mini vehicles. Aside from inherent value as a cool looking and decently constructed toy, my son is captivated by the ability to disassemble and reassemble his automobiles. He rarely mixes them up, as it is not his nature, but the parts are easily interchangeable. This fact makes for an entertaining puzzle when all the vehicles' parts are heaped in a pile for the child to reassemble.
The quality of the materials and workmanship appears topnotch. My only concern would be the longevity of the connections that bind the wheels to the chassis. My son manages to occasionally pop a wheel off during the course of normal play. No problem, he now understands the concept of fixing a flat.
I would definitely recommend this product to a child or adult who enjoys cars... I routinely find myself playing with them when they aren't in my son's grasp.
